So, where have you been before applying to us and why did you leave?
1st:i was GM of a guild name sahara. made it with friends, but unfortunatly they couldnt attend regularly.
2nd:i was raid leader in a guild called death angeles and then angels of death. both dispanded.

Last:my start was in us server 4y back. long story

My class role in raids is:Arms / Furry /Prot ( well geared for all )

What are your expectations if you join us:have fun. good steady progression

Why did you pick us instead of someone else, why do you think we are good for you?:the raid timing suits me fine, and ur progression seems good and at my gear lvl

Give us some reasons to recruit you, tell us something about yourself, tell us a bit about yourself, your background, any other MMOs you've played, your computer and connection, specs you have tried and enjoyed.
In short anything that you think will interest us:well i am playing wow for > 4 years. more like in daily bases , and had so many charachters , but this one is the most i liked and would not think of leaving it at all.

i talked to him in wispers he seems confident about his skills, his gear is quite good.

I've done Naxx and OS runs with this guy in the past and hes always tanked well and been friendly, I had no problems healing him.

I have a couple of questions that are quite important:

1. Your Protection spec: Iron Will / Improved Spell Reflection - 4 points spent on two PVP talents - could you please explain the reason behind it and advantage over spending it on Improved Revenge or Heroic Strike for example?

2. I cannot see your gear for Protection so please let us know whats your HP/dodge/parry/block/hit/expertise.

3. What was your current progression?

4. What role do you prefer - tanking or dps?

regarding ur questions :
1- i find spell reflection usefull in some situation e.g EOE phase 2 which reflect the adds cast ( it is so cool seeing them nuking themselfes ), for iron will i am thinking of changing it and may spent it on improved revenge and improved demoralizing shout.
2- i can let u inspect me ingame if u like. my tanking stats: 32.7 k hp unbuffed, 540 def, 23.7 dodge,18.23 parry , 29.14 block,209 hit, 13 expertise.
3- my achievements : naxx 25 , eoe 25, ulduar 10 5/14 , ulduar 25 3/14, the twilight zone.
4- well i think i slightly preferr tanking. though dps is fun 2

You won't need Spell Reflection in Ulduar at all in fact, it could work in a few situation but in general majority of spell damage that hits the raid is just AOE damage which cannot be reflected. Regarding spec I recommend Improved Revenge as its huge dps boost and helps on trasg with stuns. For your experience I recommend tankspot.com movies to catch up with our current progression which is all bosses including Yogg-Saron that we are still wiping at in both 10man and 25man. For the rest, your stats are ok except a bit low dodge and too high block. Bosses in Ulduar require as much avoidance as possible and block is sort of useless stat since you will be mitigating only 8-10% of the damage you get per hit which is nothing in comparison to hits tank gets in Naxxramas where block could even eat 25% of the incoming hit damage. You want to be at 26-27% dodge unbuffed with 20-22% shield block rating. Parry at 18% is ok. Your stamina is fine and will improve with gear over time.

We need 4 active tanks for Ulduar 10man to make two groups so additional question is: would you be able to join 10man raids on Fridays & Mondays or Mondays & Tuesdays or all 3 days mentioned?

for the 25 man i actually perfer he wuold dps cus we don't have a Fury warrior atm

as for my dodge/block it is gear dependant and i am working on it.
i can join most of fridays runs, but as for mondays i have sport activity at 9:15. so if we can make it and early run i guess i can.
if u dont have arm for ulduar 25 i can be arms in ulduar 25 and tank in 10
