perhaps a piece of advice for future apps in other guilds,

take time to actually make a nice apply,.. not 2 min crap, just like 15-30 mins typing and thinking.

Excellent application, leaves no doubt that applications are the most efficient first level filters for people that should never be given even a social spot in the guild.
